SSA Benefits: Why does it take so long to get Benefits from SSA?

1).   Why does it take so long to get Benefits from the Social Security Administration (SSA) Agency?

Answer:       Currently, the Social Security Administration, SSA agency is a headless and decapitated agency.

And the acting commissioner Nancy Berryhill, continues to remain in her seat out of defiance (past her term limit), under Former President Obama Administration; and  Congress has been unable to work with Berryhill to improve the benefit period, office closures, or improve line times.  If you want to see the court challenges Jeffrey Moffatt, Federal Attorney, has made in trying to help bring SSA into Constitutional compliance, review below Link.

Yet, the Government Accountability Office (GAO), United States Congress Ways and Means Subcommittee of Social Security Administration and Jeffrey D. Moffatt, have exposed why Nancy Berryhill, is unconstitutionally seated?  Click on the below Link to learn more at:  http://lawofficesofjeffreymoffatt.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/motion-to-strike-acting-commissioners-counsel-filed-11-29-2018

July 26, 2018, Congress of the United States U.S. House of Representatives,  Ways & Means Subcommittee on Social Security submitted a letter to Nancy Berryhill,  and said in part: "to make clear that Social Security Administration (SSA) should not proceed with any plans...until a Senate-confirmed Commissioner is in place."... Thus, people applying for benefits unfortunately in the long run will suffer, because of long waiting periods, before they can obtain their benefits, since (Nancy Berryhill) refuses to give up her acting commissioner seat, hired under former president Obama.
