Farmers - 2020 "Moffatt Beyond Kudos 10 Star Rating Award" goes to Ms. Yanira and Farmers Insurance!

 

 

 

Ms. Yanira and Farmers deserves a 2020 "Moffatt Beyond  Kudos 10 Star Rating Award"

  

Because Ms. Yanira and Farmers helped us after one of our properties suffered major weather (wind) damage so bad, that portions of the roof were ripped off.  

 

We filed a claim for property insurance roof damage with Ms. Yanira and Farmers.  OMG the turn-around time on our claim was speed of light, contrary to what we thought would take several months or maybe years.

Now here we go again, a week later our second property had a pipe burst underneath the house, which created its own underground swimming pool with water 3-5 ft high, per the company, that pumped water out.  It took about two days to have all the water pumped out from underneath the house.  

When the second incident happened my husband said: "well call the insurance company again, we need to file second  claim." I cringed with the thought of just making another telephone call to Ms. Yanira. 

 

I had preconceived thoughts, that Ms. Yaniera, would just hang up, on my telephone call and send out  cancellation notices due to now filing a second claim.  

 

As I proceeded to do what my husband (Jeff) had asked; anxiety began to kick in with sweaty palms, my heart began to beat faster and faster,  worried about what Ms. Yanira and Farmers would now do, in filing a second claim.   

The reason why we say, 2020 "Moffatt Beyond   Kudos 10 Star Rating Award," speaks  volumes, because not once did I actually hear in Ms. Yanira's, voice "oh you again;" and not one time did Ms. Yanira even uttered "you have filed two claims now;" YOU'RE FIRED AS A CLIENT.  

Additionally, Ms. Yanira did not even threaten that Farmers was going to raise our rates or cancel us!   

 

Thank GOD because our business has been shut-down since approximately February, 2020, by California Governor Newsom, due to COVID 19 Pandemic and since our business is not defined as essential, we are still shut-down! 

To this end,  Yelp only allows a 5 Star rating, however, in our book, Ms. Yanira, her staff and Farmers, deserve an actual 10 Star Rating and I (we) highly recommend using Ms. Yanira for your future insurance wrap-around service needs.   Heck Ms. Yanira, has even answered her cell phone to me on the weekends.  

Sadly, we had to file a 3rd claim because on 8-15-20, our third property suffered collateral damage, from a house fire caused by our next door neighbor's  house. 

It is a GOD thing, that our third property only suffered minor property damages: shattered windows, scorching and a few doors kicked in by firefighters for evacuation purposes,  to save lives.

With the above being said, Ms. Yanira, her staff nor Farmers, have never made us feel like "oh you again!"

In the end, all we can say is that Ms. Yanira, her staff and Farmers, sure know how to show some Community Luv to its Members!
