Now let's begin with, Untold True Story about an "Injustice False Criminal Charge," imposed by the Non-Profit entity State Bar of Arizona - against Jeffrey D. Moffatt, Arizona Lawyer, along with other people (AZ Lawyer's)…
Neither the State nor Federal government have given the Non-Profit entity State Bar of Arizona jurisdiction and authority to criminally charge, investigate or prosecute any people, inclusive Arizona Lawyer's.
Yet, October 15, 2015, corporate entity State Bar of Arizona filed a “False Criminal Charge,” NOT even adopted by Arizona Criminal law, against one if its own Arizona Lawyer's, Jeffrey D. Moffatt.
Consequently, on August 14, 2017, Jeffrey Moffatt countered back with filing a $10 Million Civil Lawsuit against the State of Arizona, State Bar of Arizona and Chief Justice Bales for violation of his State and Federal Constitutional Rights, as an American Citizen, due to the false criminal charge and Arizona’s “unconstitutionally seated judge,” on the Arizona Supreme Court bench, among other issues.
What the State Bar of Arizona, did not realize was,
that Moffatt would legally fight back against their false "sui
generis" criminal charge, turning his sights on the State Bar of Arizona
and its legal authority.

STATUS UPDATE OF FEDERAL CASE AGAINST THE STATE BAR OF ARIZONA...
On February 19, 2020, the Federal U.S. District Court
Judge said she would be issuing her decision out on or before March 31, 2020,
in Moffatt's $10 Million Civil Lawsuit case against Arizona... and to the present date no
Court's decision has been issued. Sadly, this is now the 9th court sought to seek justice, in order to remove "Shoes of Injustices."
