Transparency - LEAKED Sup Ct Justice "Draft Opinion" Roe v. Wade Equals Transparency

At least someone within the U.S. Supreme Court had the courage to "LEAK" a Justice Draft Opinion by Justice Samuel Alito regarding possibly overturning "Roe v. Wade," which will be historic of our times. 

Aren't you tired of Courts throughout the United States lacking "Transparency?"    Stand for something or you stand for nothing!

 

1).  Remember VOTE YES,  when it comes time to overturn the Supreme Court Justices jobs for life; and 

2).  Remember VOTE YES, when it comes time to impose TERM LIMITS on the Supreme Court Justices.   Why: Because across America no employer gives a job for life!

My family, being from Alabama, still progressed forward during some of the most horrific times of Hate.

How did my family from Alabama survive? We showed Love, not Hate and were color blinded. 

Other people, no matter what race witnessed through their own eyes, that my family was about showing Love and not Hate.  

My Grandfather was the only Black man to own a Taxi Company in Tuskegee Alabama.  

Later both my Grandfather and Father even went on to become "Deputy Sheriff's" for a combined Thirteen (13) years.

On this GOD given day in tribute to MLK, who taught my family Love and not Hate, they lived by MLK's sphere of influence of Love not Hate!

However, YOU Bronovich have turned a blind eye to an “unconstitutionally seated judge” seated on the Supreme Court bench from (2010-2021).   The same “Unconstitutionally Seated Judge William J. O’Neil that adversely impacted constitutional rights of thousands of Arizona Lawyer’s.

Hopefully, the people will see your appearance on Fox News as nothing more than political rhetoric since now seeking a U.S. Senate seat.

 

Abolish Criminal "Grand Juries" starting In California ... - Court Reform

 

Currently only two countries continue to use the Grand Jury processes: United States and Libya.

 

WHY ABOLISH THE GRAND JURY

 

• Did you know the Grand Jurors are allowed to operate in secrecy?

On the contrary, True Americans believe in Fairness, Accountability and Transparency. Operating in Secrecy is not Transparency to our fellow American's. 

•  Did you also know that the Prosecutor who brings a case before Grand Jury, is given full range to present his or her case? 

   

Scales of Justice are not in fact balanced when a Grand Jury is convened because persons of Target nor Defense Counsel are allowed to defend any supposed evidence presented by the Prosecutor.   

 

Since the Scales of Justices are not balanced and lean from the onset in favor of the prosecutor against an alleged Target, isn't he or she being immediately deprived of their constitutional equal protections  if the Grand Jury comes back with a  Criminal Charge of Indictment? 

 

Importantly note, "Grand juries originated in 12^th-century England to prosecute criminals; in the 20^th century, England abolished them. Other members of the former British Empire—Scotland, Wales, New Zealand, Ireland, Australia, and Canada—have done the same, but not the United States."  Why not?
