MLK thank you for Paving the Way!
My family, being from Alabama, still progressed forward during some of the most horrific times of Hate.
How did my family from Alabama survive? We showed Love, not Hate and were color blinded.
Other people, no matter what race witnessed through their own eyes, that my family was about showing Love and not Hate.
My Grandfather was the only Black man to own a Taxi Company in Tuskegee Alabama.
Later both my Grandfather and Father even went on to become "Deputy Sheriff's" for a combined Thirteen (13) years.
On this GOD given day in tribute to MLK, who taught my family Love and not Hate, they lived by MLK's sphere of influence of Love not Hate!
