seat out of defiance (past her term limit), under Former

July 26, 2018, Congress of the United States U.S. House of Representatives, Ways & Means Subcommittee on Social Security submitted a letter to Nancy Berryhill, and said in part: "to make clear that Social Security Administration (SSA) should not proceed with any plans...until a Senate-confirmed Commissioner is in place."...
